StudioLedger provides live preview so you can see how your branding looks across different channels before saving.
Brand Identity
Set your logo, brand colors, and typography to personalize StudioLedger.
Logo
Upload your company logo in PNG or SVG format (at least 500px wide). The logo appears in gallery headers and footers, invoice and estimate headers, email communications, and your client portal header.
Logo Width
Adjust how wide your logo displays using the slider (typical range: 80-200px). Larger logos work well for invoices; smaller logos suit gallery headers.
Light & Dark Mode Logos
Optionally upload different logos for light and dark modes to ensure your logo contrasts well against different backgrounds. If not specified, the same logo is used in both.
Primary Brand Color
Choose your primary brand color — this is a strategic decision that affects your entire visual presence. This color is used for links and buttons, accent elements in galleries, progress indicators and badges, and invoice headers.
Typography
Choose your email font. This appears in all email communications sent to clients:
System Fonts (faster): Arial, Helvetica, Courier
Google Fonts (more variety): Roboto, Inter, Playfair, Lora, etc.
Contact Information
Add your business contact details. This information appears on invoices, estimates, and in your public profile.
Business Address
Your business address appears on invoices and estimates. Include street address, city/state/postal code, and country.
Phone Number
Your primary business phone number. Appears on documents and public profiles.
Email Address
Your primary business email. Used for client inquiries and communications.

Your business website URL. Appears on invoices and galleries as a clickable link.

Document Theme
Document Theme lets you control the visual style of estimates and invoices separately from your general brand identity. Use it when you want a more editorial document look, a cleaner corporate presentation, or a more polished PDF handoff.
Typography
Choose separate heading and body fonts for finance documents. The preview updates as you change them so you can check readability before saving.
Colors
You can customize heading color, body text color, category header colors, canvas background, and page background to better match your brand or presentation style.
Header banner and watermark
Upload a wide header banner for the top of the document and an optional watermark image for the page background. You can adjust watermark opacity, watermark size, and banner height directly in the theme settings.
Unified web and PDF preview
The document theme preview is designed to closely match both the in-app web preview and the generated PDF, so the styling you approve in settings is much closer to the final file your client receives.
