Overview

The StudioLedger Referral Program rewards you for introducing other photographers to the platform. Share your referral code with friends, colleagues, or on social media, and earn rewards when they sign up and start using StudioLedger.

When someone uses your referral code to sign up, they get a discount on their first month, and you earn a credit toward your subscription.

Eligibility

To participate in the referral program, you must:

Have an active StudioLedger account

Your account must be in good standing (no overdue payments or violations)

✓

Be at least 30 days into your subscription

New users must wait 30 days before they can refer others

✓

Not be a partner or affiliate

Official partners use a separate affiliate program

⚠️ Ineligible Referrals

Referrals from existing contacts (people you've already worked with in StudioLedger) don't earn rewards. The program is designed for new user acquisition, not converting existing clients.

Your Referral Code

Each StudioLedger user has a unique referral code. Share it to start earning rewards.

Finding Your Code

Go to Settings → Referrals
Your unique referral code is displayed at the top (e.g., REF-ABC123XYZ )
Click Copy Code to copy to clipboard

How Rewards Work

When someone signs up using your referral code, both of you receive benefits.

What They Get

30% off their first month — Referred users get one month at 30% discount

Applied automatically when they sign up with your code

What You Get

$30 account credit — Applied to your account after they complete their first payment

Credits are cumulative—each successful referral adds another $30

Reward Timeline

Day 1: Referred user signs up with your code
Day 1: They receive 30% off email confirmation
Day 30: They complete first month and payment processes
Day 30+: You receive $30 credit in your StudioLedger account

Using Your Credits

Account credits are automatically applied to your monthly subscription invoice. They reduce your monthly bill until exhausted.

Example: If you earn $150 in referral credits and your subscription is $99/month, your first two months will be free.

📊 Track Your Referrals

Go to Settings → Referrals to see:

Total referrals (pending and completed)
Total credits earned
Referral history with sign-up dates
Current credit balance
